Biography

ARCHIVIST
Bererria
1zv9a85.png Bererria's somewhat skittish nature led many to believe she wouldn't last long in the wastes, even being of plague. One of the dragons Lye seduced during her wanderings, most assumed Berefria would leave once Lye lost interest, and find somewhere safer to reside.

Her interest in Lye quickly branched into interest in the dragons around her however, and she decided to stay. Bererria's attempts to record their lives without speaking to them first led to several mishaps however, and Laeriet quickly took her under her care. With the imperial looking out for her, and sharing a similar interest, Bererria more easily took on the role of historian.

She traveled with Laeriet to various sites the then nameless clan resided, recording and documenting what they learned onto the rocks and small monuments in the wastes. Her time with Laeriet was only interrupted by the handful of nests she had with other wanderers they encountered.

When the war broke out, she had Laeriet stayed close to the conflict but out of the fighting. They did their best to keep an accurate account of all battles and deaths, but lost much in the chaos of the fighting. Their camps were subjects to raids by Brood soldiers who believed them to be passing on information to and from spies, and on several occasions they barely escaped with their lives. When Lye took charge, they retained their neutral stance, though moved freely through the future Warleader's camp.

After the pilgrimage, Lye granted Bererria and Laeriet more formal positions within the clan as archivists. Though they readily took on the job, they were disheartened to learn that one of the things Lye had done after Corrosive formed, was visit the previous sites of their work and destroy several of their visual archives. With their new leader's somewhat pained view of the past, and many dragons still bitter about the conflict, they began to secure and hide their private archives as a way to hold on to their work, and the clan's history.

Bererria continues to spend most of her time at Laeriet's side, keeping testimony, tales and treason well documented.

"There is something here, if only you would listen."
