Bishop

An axolotl breeder of uncommon focus. Bishop lives on the edge of the Shepherd's Alliance's city, right where the fungal forest starts. Although he may appear hermetic, he's actually incredibly friendly, sometimes to a fault. His strange choice of location has led him to breed peculiar hybrids of axolotls, who thrive in the colder environment and have even begun to mutate with the influence of the fungi around them. Bishop is always happy to sell the joys of axolotls to anyone who's interested, but he's yet to put the mutants in the highest pool up for sale. Mostly because he's unsure if their vampiristic tendencies is something he should be concerned about.

The axolotl always at his side, Charlie, is actually a ghost. Charlie is one of his oldest axolotls, having been at his side since he left the nest. To his great dismay, she didn't survive the trip down to the Alliance's city, perishing shortly after their arrival. Of course, because the Shepherd's are nothing if not strange, Bishop honed his newly-awakened Reaper senses to pull her spirit out from the World Beyond. This feat has left Brother both awestruck and terrified of Bishop, and the Veilspun goes out of his way to never interact with him out of principle.
