Anselm prepares for his newest nest with a detailed education plan, roping his mate Tianyi into giving her opinions. While she would prefer to play it by ear, she goes along with his plotting nonetheless. As soon as their nest hatches, their strict education begins. Yuna goes through their paces flawlessly, rising to each and every challenge set before her. She grows frighteningly strong, her natural talent for combat accentuated by a quick wit and skill with magic. As she hears Tianyi talk about starting their own clan together, she understands the appeal. But she understands, too, that she will always be in her parents' shadow if they go through with it. In the end, she leaves to forge her own destiny.
