Estreyla clan
Mora just showed up on the doorstep of the Estreyla clan's lair, holding a deck of cards in her hands. "My cards told me to come. They showed me the way." she had explained to the confused but thrilled Paikea. She didn't mind where other dragons came from, just so long as they were able to find a good home. The dragon never reveals how she reads the cards or how she tells others' fortunes. She keeps it a trade secret, but has admitted she would teach an apprentice, should she find the suitable one. "Though, it is not as easy as it seems," she said, gazing at the cards laid out before her. "It may take months, or years, who knows? It is impossible to tell. I may not even take on a apprentice and my ways may be lost. It is too early to tell." Though it is hinted at that she may be teaching her daughter, Mariposa. The mystic is mysterious and any others have fallen for that trait, wanting to mate her. But the only one who was able to catch her attention was Crescent, the vibrant and energetic Coatl that was found almost drowning in the sea near the observatory. Whenever people ask Mora about why she fell for him, she tells that he was the first to make her laugh and actually happy, and enjoyed her presence. Usually, the dragon is quiet, and keeps to herself. She prefers that. Sometimes, she gets overwhelmed with magic and energy, having to go to Paikea for assistance. The Fae has no problem helping, just wanting everyone to be okay and will often coddle with Mora until she is feeling better. Mora is extremely protective of those she cares about or who she sees something bad happening to. If she predicts something bad happening, she will try her hardest to interfere and keep the prediction from coming true. When Mora is angry, she gets deadly quiet. She will throw side glares some times, but most often, she acts as if nothing has happened and like nothing is wrong. It's terrifying for many of the dragons in the clan. "Sine misericordia, qui sibi ipsis perniciem adferret" she always says. Give no mercy to those who bring ruin upon themselves. That is her motto and she lives by it. If you anger her, there will be no mercy. If you hurt those she cares about, there will be no mercy. You don't want her as an enemy, for you don't know what trick she has up her sleeve. |
