Isra

Isra is more-or-less a legend among the clan, and by far the least-known dragon. She is never seen without her bird mask on, raising questions about what she could possibly be hiding. Dragons have also said that she carries an aura of weary knowledge, almost as if she knows too much. She rarely speaks, and when she does, her voice sounds more like the wind's whispers than an actual sound. Her whereabouts are seldom known, as she will often slip out of the clan without telling anyone or leaving notes. Adding to the mystery, dragons sometimes, in the middle of the night, swore they saw a flash of iridescent blue and the briefest glimpse of a bird mask in the far-out sea. It was too far away to be sure, but still, some dragons have tried flying toward it. Most never returned, and the ones that did were never the same. Some suspected that Isra had done it, though no one has ever been able to find out. Somehow, after the first few attempted, if others got even vaguely close to where the sightings of Isra were rumored to have appeared, they would find that they could go no further, and an invisible barrier would turn them back. This made her prone to suspicion, but most agreed that it would be very unlikely, considering she's never shown any signs of malice within the clan.
