Koal

Veteran. Comes from a hard life and childhood. Has scars on his face, over one eye, and on his leg and shoulder. Koal rarely speaks and his eyes are cold and distant. He rarely lets his guard down, and seldom smiles, though sometimes the faintest crease of enjoyment can be seen near his scarred eye. He often scowls or wrinkles his nose, as if something is bugging him. He has silent interactions with most of the clan or other dragons he meets, simply glancing them over or glaring them down. He breathes in the scent of those around him and judges their character based on what he smells. It's like he can sense the pasts of others just by being near them.
Those who get close to him know that he does have a sense of humor and takes enjoyment of peaceful afternoons near the edge of a lake, being able to feel the sun on his wings. It's as though, for those brief moments, he knows he can let his guard down. He has a soft spot for young dragons, especially hatchlings, that have had troubled childhoods.
