Verbena

Verbena is a sweet, compassionate, and free spirited soul. He likes flowers, stories, gardens, and sweets. He's always happy to lend an ear, be a friend, and give you a shoulder to cry on. He is compassion incarnate. He's so bright, warm, and happy, it's hard to believe he was found in any other way than this very state. But many forget that the Viridian Labyrinth can be very cruel.

He was a happy hatchling, with parents who loved him dearly, and were just as happy and kind. But sometimes, little happy babies wander too far away. Sometimes they like to chase lizards, or butterflies, and end up too far away. End up lost, and turned around. They can cry, and mewl and do just about anything, but sometimes, no one comes. That's unfortunately a cruel truth when it comes to life on Sornieth and for dragonkind. And thats what happened to this sweet soul in his youth.

He wandered for a while, before getting too weak, and found a nice little tree hallow to curl up in. He stayed, and stayed. Waited and waited. But no one came. He vaguely remembers seeing some dragons, he remembers hearing them talk, but they also left him there, and he was too weak to cry out. Right when it seemed like nature would reclaim him, a new dragon found him, one who's voice was filled with shock and worry. He remembered being bundled up, and carried away. But not much else.

The next thing he new, he was being carried around on the back of another tundra, much like him, and being cared for and lovingly fed by a large guardian. He felt an immense comfort from the two, and immediately latched on to the both of them. And they welcomed it wholly.

And thats how sweet Verbena was found by Eden, and adopted and raised by it's Matriarch and her mate.

Verbena is as happy as can be! But deep down, he knows he has parents out there, that must miss him. And worry about him. He hopes one day to find them again, and let them know that he's A-okay! And that he has a whole other mom and dad that love him a lot too! Until that day, he lives each day with a bounce in his step and a smile on his face. Life is beautiful, and he'll do his best to help anyone who may have trouble seeing the same.

Funfacts!:

• Despite how it looks, he can see perfectly with his Primal eyes. As well as a tundra could anyway
  
• He can recognize by smell far more than sight, as common by tundra, but if the dragon is very magically gifted? He can see them far better than average. They think it's due to his very special eyes. He can see Terra from across the way without fail
  
• His cat's name is Carrot! He loves him very much!
  
• Many are surprised to see who he chose as a mate. But to him? She's the most beautiful dragon alive! And she's honestly very warm and protective toward him
