WIP[Fangs' original form is inside of my hibernal den]
Summary:
Fangs was a skydancer who had dedicated his life to discovering the secrets behind "the spirits he sees in the fire", often meditating or staring for hours at a time at flames, until they are no more than embers. Many of his clan mates believed this is just superstition, but mysteriously several of his warnings had come true. He has saved clan members lives multiple times leading most of his clan mates to regard him as a mystical force not to be reckoned with.
One night, the five year old dragon, vanished. Bewildered, Fang's clanmates searched for him everywhere, to no avail.
One night, a Wildclaw appeared inside of the den, sitting comfortably on the floor, like she was waiting to be found. She surrendered easily, with a strange shimmer in her eyes.
The clan already had a deep suspicion of her. They had previously had a wildclaw wreck havoc and nearly disband the clan. Not to mention, there was no sign of a forced entry, or even signs this dragon had snooped around this lair. Only a singular, straight path, right to their hidden entrance.
"You wont believe me."
The dragon smirked slightly, her tone cryptic and with a hint of laughter. Her eyes were blind and unseeing, but they unnervingly stared directly at the three dragons in the room.
Both Imperials in the room frowned, turning towards a lithe, cinnamon colored skydancer.
she shook her head vigorously, like she was trying to dislodge a spider from her feathers.
"I'm not tracing any signs of deceit," she chirrled, "Not a little bit, no sire. Sires. No-"
One of the Imperials raised a claw to hush her, his expression thoughtful. She shut her beak, hopping from foot to foot.
"Rest assured, esteemed guest." He rumbled, his saintly demeanor equally intimidating and welcoming, "We will hear your words with deep consideration."
The wildclaw chuckled, with a lopsided smile.
"Oh, Holy One, you don't have to tease me this way. Doesn't your heart ache for me, Achy?"
The Imperial stiffened, and his darker partner's pale yellow eyes flashed, growling low in his throat.
"Sidereus...!" The wildclaw chuckled, a bit nervously.
There was a long silence. "Achy" was staring at her like her scales were peeling off, and Sidereus was glaring at her venomously. The wildclaw sat poised still, her head slightly tilted. The air grew still as everyone held their breath, and the wildclaw opened her mouth to speak.
"It's a long, long tale to tell." She said slowly, but looking assured in every word. "You'll remember me. It is fate."
Fangs had been transferred into a new body, for a new purpose. As her old form was blinded, this form too was born blind, only able to sense differing levels of light. Confused but still holding faith that the flames did not forsake her, she returned back to her clan.
