A dragon from a strange family, Naibun climbed through his life at a loss of what to do. His first career as a bounty hunter ended pitifully, him never having developed much of a tracking sense, and it wasn't until a run in with his long lost sister, Satsu, that he decided upon his second calling. The two formed a pirate crew, a total flip flop from his last idea, and stole a ship to take to the Sea of a Thousand Currents.

There they found a few more members, growing their numbers but never surpassing more than a clawful. Some outsiders say that Naibun doesn't seem fit enough to be a captain, aside from his understanding of pirate politics, and that he lacks the strength to keep his crew safe. When enemies attempt to attack, however...

...Well, rumor has it that something defeats them before they can even move a muscle, binding them to their spots, sometimes even knocking them unconscious.
