Biography

Clutching at the wrinkled and worn map in your claws, you double-check the coordinates on the layout of the Tourmaline Archives. Certainly this couldn't be right. There was no way a whole Clan could live in this weird, out-of-the-way room. Heaven knows where one of your Clanmates found this map, even; maybe they forged it just to send you on some wild goose chase. Your nose scrunches up; this must have been a prank.
You slowly open the door to the room in front of you, revealing a small room only filled with a few cotton mattresses, desks, a refridgerator, and an open door to a bathroom. Entirely dark with the exception of a computer in the corner illuminating the room with flashing colors, it reminded you of a place you'd expect to stay in for a night or two while traveling.

________
You were quite sure now that the dragon who gave you the parchment was pulling a joke on you. This place was empty! No Clan, no other dragons, nothing. Although, something about it tugged at your curiosity: why would the Tourmaline Archives have a room like this? What was the purpose? There was no way that a regular dragon could've known about the room, given that you had to sneak your way through many supply closets to get here. How many dragons even knew about this place, anyway? Was this place even real? You did feel a few creeps up your spine when you walked in, after all.
Between interest and disappointment, a battle raged within your head; and yet while you were deciding whether to leave, your body trudged toward the computer. Due to how fast the screen was flashing, not only did it burn your eyes really badly, but it also made it difficult to tell what was happening. Your gaze turned towards the crinkled map once more - there was a symbol right on the coordinates that you didn't recognize.

It didn't look like anything you've seen before, other than perhaps a power button? An eye? Your gaze was caught by a glowing key on the keyboard, sporting the same symbol as the map. With a sigh and a hint of curiosity in tow, you pressed the key.
