__[CW: Gambling] ____Deep within the perpetual pitch-black of the Foxfire Bramble, the casino is a beacon of fizzing neon light, broadcasting a clashing rainbow of eye-straining color into the dark. There are dozens of flashing neon signs, inticing the viewer to come in, spend their coin, win big—but none of them show anything that could be called the name of this establishment. Its frequenters have given it dozens of titles, ranging in tone from factual to reverent to vile, but one of the most common is the House of the Waning Moon. ____Overkill is the owner and creator of this den of chance and coin, having long ago shed the strict rules and rigid structure of Gaoler society to fulfill his life's goal: amassing as large a hoard as possible. The casino buisness has proved a very wise choice in this matter, as it's a simple matter to entice those already deep in the game to pour even more gold in, raise their bets just a little higher. After all, who's going to notice if he helps himself to a bit of the profits?

-runs a casino in Shadow Flight, this is a totally legitimate operation and he never scams his customers ever. he is innocent of these crimes. mind your business. what are you, a cop?
-extremely vain; he'll spend hours combing through his mane and obsessing over his looks
-couldn't care less about the Gaoler Orders or fighting the Shade, he's just here to look great and roll around in his hoard of Certainly Legally Acquired Valuables. encounters with members of the Orders are extremely awkward bordering on hostile, though that really only happens if a Seeker passes through the area
-he's fine-tuned his Shadow magic into illusions; he mostly uses these to subtly make himself look brighter, but he's an extremely powerful illusionist. shame he's too busy scamming others out of their life savings to do much with it
-"bleeds" shadow goop from his nose when doing any significant illusions; if he really starts pushing it, his ears "bleed" too. it's unpleasant. he hates it so much. his fur gets all gross and it's a PAIN to clean
-has big ol tusks because it looks cool and i say so. one of them is gold, also because i say so
