Name: MildManners, the tundra of excessively exquisite etiquette
(alt names [used only by friends/rest of troupe]: Milder, Mulder, Miles)

Role: founder of A Haunted Circus ; boss clown ; master of ceremonies
His own Clown Routine:
  • slapstick entrees based on high society, respectability, and, yes of course, manners
  • illusions, at least 3 real dishes (to be squashed on face), and a few other props
  • fellow members will act with him — Milder will switch back and forth between being the straight man of the group and the victim of the dessert-in-the-face
  • usually the opening act; not much “haunted” vibes to his act, planned in a way to ease the audience into the bigger robust acts
  • not much audience participation, except every Friday as a treat
