Cogum // mage · troubled · lonely

Cogum lives in Wispwillow Grove of the Tangled Wood. As most in their clan, Cogum works with the dark arts in one way or another. Having used to be a well know and respected mage, their glory days have now been left behind. Reduced to nearly nonsensical chatter about the glowing mushrooms surrounding their home. No one really interacts with them anymore, leaving them to the mushrooms.

Once upon a time, Cogum used to be well liked and ever friendly, but after some unknown incident, they now are only a shell of who they once were. All anyone knows is that of a theory that the shrooms had intelligence of sorts and that Cogum was trying to prove it wrong. Most say they’ve been cursed to insanity till death do they part. This has spurred many more to study the mushrooms, but no other incident has ever occurred.
