Even after a civil war which devastated the clan, Hephaestus still serves as the de-facto leader, no matter who sits at the head of the lair. She is one of the oldest members of the clan and one of its founding members, even though she believed it to be a ridiculous idea at the time. Regardless, she has stood by the clan and its members, even after the desertion of its other two founders, welcoming new dragons and bidding farewell to others.She can almost always be found in her workshop, tinkering away at something or directing the small group of other, tinkering misfits at what to do. Despite being plague-born she is more suited to lightning. Having lost her wings and an arm in an attack they are made of machinery, running on a constant current of electricity. Many in the clan find her difficult to approach because of her bluntness and irritable nature, but she care, honest. Just ask her mate, Zephaniah (who she thinks is absolutely ridiculous but adore him with all her heart. Even when he is dramatic and scaring new members). Recently, it appears she has become the charge of a Guardian, Naza. Hephy isn't sure how she feels about this but another hand at mechanics never hurt. |
