Though Harappa himself does not hail from the Plaguebringer's lands, a tail singed with a constant outflow of salmonella and a positively gruesome personality make him an honorary member of the Scarred Wastelands regardless - and a fully-recognized member of "Mother's Cough", too. His unique affliction brings forth much misery to the unfortunate dragon it may trail across, so he is careful to keep it wrapped in linens when out and about on official buisness. It would not do well for the diplomat to make his new relations deathly ill, after all, much as a testament to Plague as it might be! He occupies himself with popularizing the artistic works of Plague artists across the Wyrmwound and beyond, hoping to prove to the greater Sornieth artisan community that Plaguelings have a place in art too. Too often are the Wastelands regardless as a cultural deadzone, where only barbians and brutes exist - yet Harappa knows personally a great deal of those barbians and brutes who also happen to be wicked good with a paintbrush! In personality, Harappa is gleeful and quick with a dark joke, smiling between polite conversation and jokes about dead hatchlings alike. His cheerful darkness may be offputting to some, but it's a gentle dip into Plague culture for most, where his attitude is regarded as normal and welcome. Harappa is always willing to make friends wherever he can find them, and has a great knack for remembering even the smallest details about them.
