Few, if any, have been able to bear the sheer magnitude of heat that Iorath's scales produce. With each beat of his wings, he propels outwards winds that could burn the elder trees. His path was a solitary one, guarding a dark ridge buried in the depths of a great volcano.  His eyes, a crystalized and blinding ice, set themselves ever forward into the eternal darkness. Iorath was born in darkness, and so too he will lay to rest in darkness.✤✤✤ Her voice appeared in the whisper that came after a loud, thunderous crack.
