documenting my skin submission for the 2021 starfall celebration

Preliminary line art and color blocking. I like the proportioning but the tail needs some help, and some of the pistons and joints need a bit more detail. Consider placing some kind of extended crystal over the bottom wing tip where it overlaps with the tail

The final version I think. Ultimately I decided to add some runic rings and keep the wings visible. The stone horns were no good so I just gave them some rings too. Name is a work in progress

So I lied. I'm adding the glow runes to the shoulders and I'm considering some more obvious highlights on the lenses. This should be pretty close to the final I think. I am going to have to move the images to the general hosting channel instead of the obelisk drawing reference channel, which will mean that I'll have to fix the links :/ so maybe not
