Biography

Cloudeater
They/it, agender, pan

Cloudeater is a dragon of few words; it rarely ever speaks, save to announce its needs. Their presence is off-putting to most of their clanmates. Cloudeater is highly intelligent, clever, and observant, which makes them a vital asset on any expeditions the clan makes. It often goes exploring on its own, and brings back all sorts of trinkets and treasures. They are protective of their clanmates, even the ones they don't get along with.

Despite their unnerving presence, Cloudeater has several good friends. It brings back treasures and trinkets for Xavia, and wild seeds and plant cuttings for Sylph and Magnolia. It very close friends with Rhyolite, and often goes hunting with her. Cloudeater can often be found perched on top of the cliff above Brighthaven, watching out for danger to protect their friends. In a way, it sort of acts as a sentry; if Cloudeater sees anyone or anything suspicious approaching its home, it immediately warns its clanmates and confronts them.

Cloudeater was an odd one in their original pack; they simply watched their packmates hunt, instead of helping them. Their packmates thought they were lazy and unhelpful, but in reality, Cloudeater was learning their techniques, and observing which ones worked and which didn't. Eventually, Cloudeater was abandoned by their pack; it pretends not to be bothered by this, but it has trust issues to this day, and clings onto the few friends it has. While wandering, Cloudeater eventually came across Brighthaven, and made its home there.
