Nori

A luthier known for his beautiful instruments and impossible standards for quality and detail, though also for his inconsistency. His instruments are sometimes crafted only weeks apart from one another, and sometimes a whole decade. His skill playing the violin is said to be just as masterful, enchanting all around from the plants at his feet to the fairies that father in flockes around him as he plays.

The sword he wears was traded with a Smith for one of his violins, a respectful exchange between artisans awed by the other's work.

Nori is sometimes struck with inspiration to travel the world in search of new and exciting materials to use in his craft, and can be gone on these trips for months at a time without so much as a letter home.

One thing is certain, though. Every year when the snow begins to melt and flowers stir from the warming earth, he will return to meet the first gales of the west wind in the fields of Zephyrus, welcoming the comming spring with music played on one of his violins.
