Polaris is a plague dragon who purposely makes himself look like an emperor to scare off those around him. He is not an emperor, just a jerk.

He is not allowed near Sneel unless he removes his mask. (Note to self- write sneel's bio soon to explain the emperor thing)

(one day I will get all my dragons on a similar timeline and place- today is not that day.)
