Biography

Sombre is a taxidermist. He's outwardly cold, but a talk with him will slowly reveal he is relatively empathetic and laid-back. He is sort of awkward in conversation, and is sorely aware of this. He's often concerned and self-conscious regarding his stiffness, and is worried of potentially making his friends or clients feel unwelcome or uneasy.
Sombre is a very honest man and is good at being so in such a way that he's not brutal or harsh about it, while avoiding sugarcoating as well. Even when angered or upset, he's able to stay composed and clearly speak what's on his mind without the use of harmful remarks or a raised voice.
His clients often bring in beloved familiars that have passed away; he is incredibly accurate and careful with his work and has not had a single unhappy customer. And he's hoping it'll stay that way; accidentally destroying something so important and sentimental would be emotionally crushing for him. Guilt is one of the few emotions that is difficult for him to handle.
