Dapper

An erudite dragon with a cunning wardrobe, Dapper faced no small difficulty in assimilating into the clan. Before she joined forces with Celsius and Talis, she was the misfit artist of a pack of feral Wildclaws, chronicling the often-revised histories of the tribe. The fortunes of its rulers shifted often, and she grew dissatisfied with the need to constantly erase her art, but she lacked the force to intervene directly. When she finally pledged allegiance to an upstart young ruler, only to see him cast down almost immediately, she was forced to scatter and abandon everything she'd made. Alone and bereft of purpose, she stumbled upon Talis and Celsius' pack and attacked immediately, as was Wildclaw custom. Fortunately, this was not the end of her story.

As an assimilated member of the clan, Dapper has relaxed considerably from her old ways, although she is still quick to anger and deeply possessive. Art and story calms her, and, unlike before, there is no need to alter anything she creates. Freed of the need to justify her creations with force, she has begun to branch out into other means of self-expression, particularly fashion; it allows her to keep her art close by, so that no one can take it from her again.
