AURA
After leaving the nice old Doctor’s presence, you searched around town for everywhere and anywhere that this attempted-warrior Aura could be. You tried the saloon again (maybe she stopped for a drink after all the strain she put herself through), the open plains of the desert (you can’t imagine what kinds of supplies may be out there, given the barren veracity of the scorching land, but perhaps it’s the best kinds of ones that often get overlooked for that reason), and you even eventually considered going back to ask Cochran if she mentioned where she was going after release from treatment.

Just as you were considering doing a u-turn back to Cochran’s clinic, your eyes scanned through the now-mostly-empty rows of sanded streets between the creaking wooden buildings of the Southern town – and your eyes landed on a particularly hardened yet beat-up looking Fae, strolling leisurely and mindlessly. You couldn't believe your luck; what a simple way to end the chaos of the day.

You quickly trotted up to her, and could tell the closer you got that she looked and, likely, felt considerably dejected. You gave her a kind greeting, making a point to ask if she was okay – that bandage on her head looked like it would certainly make you woozy if it was on your own.

AURA wrote:
“Oh, me?” She asked with a confused twinge, her tiny paw coming up to rub the fabric on her head gingerly. “Heh, yeah, ‘m doin’ alright! Lil’ worse for wear, you can tell, but it ain’t nothin’ that great Doctor can’t fix.”

You nodded, letting her know you saw him, and helped him out with his whole Fiend situation. At this, her eyes lit up.

“So yer the one who’s been helpin’ the town, eh?” She asked in excitement, bouncing a little in mid air, and you had to wonder if her zipping around was a good idea, considering her head injury. She seemed to sense this herself, and calmed herself down as she began to explain her predicament. “See, I’ve been tryin’ ta find them critters myself, but er’ry time I try, I jus’ get bonked. The most recent one gave me the very goose egg you commented on,” she said, pointing back towards her bandage. “I shoulda known it wouldnt’a been easy, considering it was in the Sunbeam Ranch Coliseum wings… home territory, an’ all that…”

After inquiring further about the beat-down she received, you learned that it was a Battleram Skirmisher that she faced, likely the very final one you knew you had to look for. “Clearly, ‘m not in any position to go finish the job, and you seem ta have almost all but done that yourself. If ya wanted ta go an' try ta get it, I’d love to come with ya and show ya where I saw it! Just… I think I’ll sit outside and wait while ya give it the ol’ one-two. I don’t think it seein’ my face again will make the event any easier for ya.”

With this, the two of you made your way to the Coliseum, and tiptoed your way to the venue she swore that she had spotted it in. You could only hope that her probable-concussion – or sets of them, judging by what Cochran had told you about her habits – hadn’t affected her memory and sense of direction.

As it turns out, it had not, and you swiftly returned to where Aura was waiting for you just out front of the venue; waggling a tuft of a plant akin to dried desert hay that you had snatched from the ground on your way in, the ram simply followed close behind with a watering mouth. Turns out, it was just a ram, after all, even if a particularly strong one, and it was likely just as tired and hungry as you after a long day of running around.

Aura’s eyes lit up once more as she saw you, paws coming to clap excitedly together in front of her as you asked with a triumphant grin,
