Baby of the Summer Court. 
 Glory to the ancient sun & the lurid Prophet's waters, for Charlotte is a Princess born of these two ethereal entities—from the highest throne of light to the incorporeal unknown of the ocean depths. She therefore believes herself to be the most humblest of beautiful creatures, even amongst her own kind, yet she is also a coward who would sooner retreat from the wrathful stare of her Grandmother than to belittle her vanity before all the Court. Because of this it is only by chance, once upon a time, that Gloxinia and Charlotte crossed paths; the mystifying woman of crimson gave the princess a refuge in return for her utmost loyalty, however fake the queen knew it to be. In time among these dragons, Charlotte was soon drawn to the estranged witch, Desdemona, and her powers of future sight; and among learning forbidden magic, such as how to sow a permanent curse, the witch deemed it for her amusement to teach the young girl how to see the future, as well... Now, with power at her fingertips, Charlotte has become something of a prophet among the ignorant masses. Traveling betwixt the clan and that of her Summer Court home, she tells the future to any poor creature who would care to listen to the beautiful Charlotte speak, and in return they shower her with many gifts and gold for the fallacies she would tell them. However, unlike Desdemona who had studied for eons to master her future sight, Charlotte's magic has become something repugnant in the manner that she cannot control the negativity which she will be shown of another's future, thus she has learned to lie with a smile upon her pretty face. For she cares not for anyone's fate but her own, and hers is surely a bright one. |

All faeries are vain, but the Summer Court is the most vain of them all...Self-absorbed and petty, the Summer Court fae gossip as easily as they breathe. The bright light of the summer sun highlights all imperfections, but many things can be hidden just below the surface of the ocean. The Summer Court is most well known for granting questing dragons perfection, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
