Shadowflame

Shadowflame, from her birth, adored the lair's hunters and wanted to join them. She practiced prowling and tracking until she became a juvenile. Then she requested training and weapons. So then she and other gatherers went hunting and they came across a large bear. It was in their way and the team had to fight it. The older dragons didn't want to kill the bear, yet Shadow had this idea. She fought fiercely and when the others stopped, she made her move. One right move to the bear's heart, and it laid down letting out a final moan. She didn't realize how tiring was it until the end. Her teammates were in shock, they didn't expect this from a young dragon like her. As they shooked their head and asked Shadow if she were okay, she just huffed. "I'm fine." She said and looked at the dead animal. "We came for hunting, is this enough?" Said and looked back at the hunters. "Yes, it is." Came the answer. They dragged it home and started telling Shadow's story. The clan was amazed by her achievement. One of the tailors grabbed the pelt and started sewing a dress for her. Shadow was happy, yet she didn't show it. She knew it was just the beginning and that she is capable to do more.
