Bira is the buffoon Gilly hired to run her bar and pub, as she's been too busy running the *a-hem* other gigs and businesses that take place on her Inn. As Gilly becomes more and more of a militia boss, Bira as been left in charge of actually managing the front of it, as the other innkeeper in town. Well aware of all her schemes, plots and ploys, Bira is a charming dragon who knows quite well how to get himself out of a spot, and lie his way through problems.

There is a lot of speculation (and at least one bet!) going on in town if Bira is actually related to Gilly, something neither confirm nor deny. He's a bit too old to be her son, although not too old given Gilly's... Personality. The strongest sides of the bet are either son, sibling or cousin.

Bira would be far too busy working to notice, or care. He's hardly ever seen outside of Gilly's pub, except when he goes meet the other scoundrels around his age group, notably Carolinda, the Sour Twins, Corbin and Tino.
