  Bemalte, having left her parents at a young age, was having trouble fitting into another Lightning clan and was brought to Magnase's attention. Her sweet little face and pretty colors captured eyes and hearts immediately.

Bemalte is a lively lady who is eager to learn and interested in everything around her. She's developed an interest in machines. Whenever she has spare time, she is absorbed in putting runes together and inventing new magical bull**** that clogs up the lair. Like many Spiral dragons, she is a chatterbox who gets into everything. While Spirals usually prefer to nest in cracks in the wall, Bemalte has discovered that she likes to sleep curled in a tube around Turtle's neck.

She has giant piles of scrolls and books that she likes to keep around the lair, much to Lawedeth's dismay. Her runecrafting keeps her up at incredibly inconvenient hours. Bee complains that she's inherited Turtle's bad habits, as she borrows things constantly without asking anyone, tools included.
