Legiana

"Not all who wander are lost."

Legiana can remember a time before.

A nest filled with sparks. Playing with two others in the shade of the generators. A feeling of being safe.

All gone now.

She cannot recall what sent her from the land her kind has dwelt in for thousands of years. She cannot recall what happened to the others. She cannot recall what brought her to the Scarred Wasteland, only that it was terrible enough to burn itself from her own mind.

But she does recall the plague.

It sickened her, slicing into her very bones. She still staggered on, landing in an unfamiliar and grotesque world when she grew too weak to fly, and transversing it inch by inch when she grew too weak to walk. The infection spread, chewing at her skin and gnawing on her soul.

She laid there in this new world, too ill to move and too sick of heart to go on. She was sure she would fall here, another victim of overconfidence in the Scarred Wasteland.

But she survived.

As she laid there, her body fighting for life with every breath, she finally understood. The purpose of the plagues wasn't to destroy. It was to test. Survival was everything, and only through tempering could a body grow strong enough to live in this world.

She, the forigner in a strange land, understood.

As soon as she was strong enough to move, she found her way to Wormrott Grotto where she was welcomed into the clan by its leader. There, she became a devoted worshiper of the the Plaguebringer. Today she serves as the Priestess of the clan, serving to all spiritual needs of the dragons within the clan, no matter the time or need. Legiana can be strange, and some still consider her an outsider, but her devotion to the Plaguebringer is absolute and strong.
