Powerless to watching his brother Diardi turn towards a questionable group of dragons, Merrion set out to devote himself to the study of culture and arts of the wonders of the world hoping to make a difference. Originally a student at Cinderworth Academy, he's now retired after fruitless work and spends his days in the trade of spices and goods worldwide, spreading good words and tall fables.
Along the way, however, he encounters several lost souls from all sorts of backgrounds seeking guidance. Bringing them home, even for a little while, seems to be making all the difference in the world to them. Perhaps taking these dragons in under his wing is his calling after all.
