-Trying their best to be "normal"
-Can scan features and create registered profiles/ID cards (Filed away in memory banks, they look like the dragon profiles in-game)
-Friendly, but can't read emotions
-Doesn't have any relationships currently
-Maybe they try really hard to make friends with everyone, in hopes of figuring out what it means to be "normal."
-They desperately want to gather more information on emotions because they don't have enough to convincingly simulate emotions themselves yet.
-However, dragons around C.O.R.E. tend to kinda shut down emotionally. They don't trust an A.I., even if it looks and behaves like a real, organic dragon.
-Since C.O.R.E. is supposed to scan features, etc., they have a detailed entry for everyone they meet. It's filled with pretty insignificant facts, like when their birthday is or what their favorite food is, but dragons feel surprised when they remember something small like that. This is actually a nice opportunity for some character development—maybe C.O.R.E. becomes friends with a grumpy scientist who pushes everyone else away.
-On the other hand, the researchers doing all the unsavory experiments on test subjects could use C.O.R.E.'s data about someone to make them submit to the experiments. (Example: Dragon A loves his sister and wants to keep her safe. He tells C.O.R.E., who files it away in their data center; the scientists look up the information that C.O.R.E. has collected about Dragon A and finds out his weakness, his sister. Then, they threaten Dragon A's sister and force him to agree to getting his mind wiped or something.)
