An unusual dragon with unusual abilities. Orion just showed up one day, and demanded to see Time. The tiny hatchling had walked right in the gates, sat down, and calmly stated his demands to the very alarmed First. Time had been momentarily shocked by the appearance of this hatchling, who hed met in a dream and whom he had believed to only be a figment of his imagination. But he only faltered for a moment before taking the young veilspun as his apprentice. The hatchling didn't actually seem to need much training, but his powers flourished under Time's watch. He had, and still has, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge that (even with all his abilities) seems like it will never be satisfied. Unfortunately, he seemed to take on his mentors antisocial traits... this resulted in an arrogant yet charming dragon who considers nobody to be a friend. Well, he likes Nycteph a bit more than he'd like to admit. He gets along quite well with the newcomer, but others find his company hard to tolerate long. He rarely shows much emotional response to things, and would deliver the news of 'I hear a bird', 'your egg just hatched', and 'your mom just died' with the same nonchalant tone and expression. Which no other dragons like or appreciate. He is not selfish or cruel, just holds no desire to please or hurt others. He merely does what he does.
Orion has the ability to walk in others dreams. He can do it to anyone, but it helps to know them. He's also quite good at scrying. His dreams often offer up important glimpses of the future, near and far. However his true talent is in the sensing and manipulation of other dragons emotions (he can turn it off or on at will). He doesn't usually use this for selfish purposes, and never for bad, thank all the deities for the fact he was raised well by time. Mostly, he just uses this to keep his clanmates calm during stressful situations. It has also been noticed that upon occasion he seems to be able to create illusions and manipulate shadows. He is indeed a very curious dragon...

Appearance
Orion is a stunningly handsome veilspun of average size. He is always clean, and his mane is always glossy and impeccably groomed. He smells faintly of chamomile and has a musical voice. His movements are smooth and graceful, and watching him fly can be quite hypnotic (moreso than normal for his breed). His resting expression is usually a calm, pleasant, but eternally smug one. His expression rarely changes. When using magic, Orion's eyes glow faintly.
