Oki and Vulpes work together to guard and keep track of the hoard. Oki is in charge of counting the treasure and gems! He is a lot more calm and reserved than Vulpes, although he still definitely has his flare. Oki wears bells on his skull horns, and shakes them slowly while he is counting, causing an almost constant ringing.
