Biography
Astraesus is a doctor, a surgeon, an apothecary. His fascination with illness and disease was bound to lead him into Plague territory sooner or later. He thought he knew all there is to know about sickness, disease, and the ways to cure it, until he encountered a particular strand of pestilence that plagues him to this day.
To protect other dragons from infection, he covers himself head to toe at all times, not wanting to expose others to the same fate he suffers. Astraesus is a sickly dragon, but he still manages his day to day life well enough. He just needs frequent breaks.
His illness - whatever it is - lingers no matter what he does, and he has been working together with Seyra for a long time, trying to find a remedy. So far, there is no success.
He considers himself lucky that the disease doesn't seem to be deadly; though there is always a bit of worry at the back of his mind that perhaps it's just very slow-progressing.
Has common Ancestor with Enyo: Nyxeris (great-grandmother)
THE SCHOLAR - The Month of Starlight (LAST WEEK IN SEPTEMBER THRU PENULTIMATE WEEK IN OCTOBER)
Symbol of the Arcanist’s dedication to cataloging the stars, and the aura of curiosity that surrounds him. The Scholar is depicted as a dragon with a telescope in one claw and a scroll in the other.
Can be… Studious, intense, imaginative, tolerant
But also can be… Secretive, absent-minded, prone to tunnel vision
Non-exalted offspring:
--up to Hero--
