Makani

Already larger in size than her mother, Makani is adventurous and free-spirited. She ventures much further from the colony than most of the Fae beneath her mother's command, each day venturing further and exploring new sights. She has a thirst for knowledge and new experiences, exhibiting the same vivid curiousity of her species' namesake. She follows the winds, chasing the heated drafts of the world's volcanic core and the warmth of the sun. Though she answers to Flamecaller, Mother of Fire, she knows the greater world holds more beyond their borders.

Despite this, she is fiercely loyal to her parents and their colony. As a hatchling, she was the most attentive to her mother's guidance and leadership. She remained when her siblings had departed, maintaining her place among the colony- and the throne she will one day inherit. When she rests among the colony, she slips easily between the families and wanderers that have gathered. Through this, she hopes to one day understand what is needed to lead them.
