BloodedBlade

Light by birth, Arcane by upbringing, Plague by worship. BloodedBlade refers to the surgeon's scalpel as he experiments with different strains and observes the autopsy results. He is a Plaguetouched, a Chosen of Disease. His dedication has brought him great suffering, and also great reward.

So many delicious methods of decay, of putrefaction, of the conversion of life into death into life again. With the single-minded intellect that can only be that of an Arcane dragon, he experiments endlessly, barely sleeping.

He often annoys his clanmates with his insistence on expanding his collection of various types of fungus and spores. No-one else in the clan save SyntheticDeath will even share a cave chamber with him. Virus refuses to speak with him, possibly because he has risen higher in the eyes of the Plaguebringer than her, a natural-born Plague dragon.

He conducts his experiments on live creatures normally destined to become dragon food. That would be a welcome fate compared to the Plaguetouched and his bacterial cultures. Often, the creatures are eaten anyway - but not by any dragon; by the festering disease within them.

He is completely blind, as clearly seen in the glassiness of his eyes. He makes up for this with echolocation; since as a Fae he can produce very high pitched sounds and has extremely sensitive membranes, he is capable of navigating in quite a detailed manner solely through sound. This blindness is in and of itself a blessing of the Plaguebringer, and a test: can this Plaguetouched survive in the domain of Plague without the use of his eyes?
