B I O G R A P H Y

Icabella has lived a long and rather challenging life. In her earlier years, when she was still trying to make sense of the world, she met her mate, Banaleaf, and he was the love of her life. She thought that nothing could ever come between them. Like their lives were written within the stars, meant to be together. Together, they had four hatchlings that they were so excited to raise together. But some things were simply not meant to be.

Banaleaf would go on to be exalted to the ranks of the Plaguebringer, where he would serve a higher cause for his element and clan. Icabella was heartbroken, knowing that her mate would never come back to her. After the eggs had hatched, she found herself too twisted with grief and woe that she simply could not take care of them to the best of her abilities. She decided that they would be better off given to the orphanage, where some nice dragons that would be better off than she is could take in her hatchlings and give them a better life, one filled with love and compassion - one that she was not able to give them.

After a few years to herself, alone, thinking about what she wants to do with her life and where it may lead her, she finally was able to pull herself together and get her life back on track. Though, she couldn't resist going to the orphanage to see what might've become of her children, and where life had taken them. Much to her horror, they had all been exalted to serve in the ranks of the element that they were adopted into. Though, she didn't let these thoughts fester for long. It hurt something terribly, but she couldn't spend the rest of her life mourning over the things that she no longer has. She instead decided to look to her future, to make something out of it that she wanted. No longer would she rot away in her own pain and sorrows. She would now go on to lead a life that she has always wanted, one that will fill the hole in her heart, and hopefully heal the wounds that her past had given her.

B I O G R A P H Y

After many long and challenging years, Icabella has finally made a name for herself. Starting from the bottom, doing housecleaning jobs, she was able to build herself up. From housecleaning, to babysitting, to running the local orphanage, to being the owner of a non-profit that helps hatchlings in need, she finally has lead the life that she always wanted for herself.

Though, sometimes she still does wish that she could raise children of her own. Everybody that she has told her story to has commented that it's not too late for her to still have more hatchlings, which Icabella has thought about time and time again. She adores the children at the Pavor Orphanage, but she doesn't quite have the same connection to them as she would with hatchlings of her own. She has seen many of the children at the orphanage grow up within her own lifetime, but witnessing them growing up does not bring the same satisfaction to her as raising them herself. "Something for the bucket list," she always remarks to that thought.

Icabella is highly respected within the clan. After all, she's made a name for herself despite living in a clan that is far from being rich, and is known throughout surrounding areas of the plague element territory as being somewhere to never go to unless absolutely necessary. Most of the other clan members agree that she definitely gives the clan a better rep, which therefore also helps out the stability of their clan as a whole and keeps it from spiraling into chaos.
