The Eldest Born of the Lightning nest, first to hatch of the three siblings, Estelle is the eldest and therefore inherited the Thundercrack gem. She is watchful of her brothers, and feels the responsibility to keep them safe and to watch over the gem. Estelle vowed to always keep her brothers near and safe, although Kendo could be rather difficult at times with his putting on aires. Changed There was a booming sound, and light so bright that blinded and then she had seen she was changed. Once a graceful skydancer, now an obelisk dragon. The gem must have had it's reason to change their shape, it must have a plan. Estelle believes in destiny and the higher order of the powers to be Guardian Estelle watches over all that are in her orbit and guards the Thundercrack gem. She is sister, mother, and watchfull protector of all those in her care. Estelel is much beloved by all those know her. |

Forbidden Love Estelle is madly in love with Cortez, even though he is not of Lightning clan descent. She met the Sea Lord at the Cresendo Crest on her journey and couldn't take her eyes off of him and he, her. It was true love at first sight. Teorah looks the other way and ignores the coupling but Kendo is disgusted and demands that Estelle take a Lightning Lord as her mate. Female Being a female dragon, the head of her brood, and the Guardian of the Thundercrack Gem comes with it's challenges. Estelle knows that her brother Kendo secretly covets her position and feels strongly that the guardianship should belong to him although he is last of their brood to hatch and it is customary that the first born assume that position. It is also seen that she should take a mate that is of Lightning descent but her love is from Water. She hopes one day she will overcome these challenges and be the great leader she was born to be. The Shifting Expanse This land of Lightning and Thunder, of a vast electrical wasteland is her home and charge. She is a guardian of the Thundercrack Gem and so holds great prestige in her land. Estelle values her great honor and hopes to pass it on to her first born offspring. The vibrant desert is home to many fierce and hardened dragons who possess the natural ability to harness the storms energies. Estelle resides in the Ancient Lair of the Goldensparc Turrets which is powered by The Source. The Source is gigantic generator of electrical energy that feeds the realm is power and brings forth lightning dragons. This is realm of raw energy, dry unforgiving desert, black cable, and ferocious dragons. |

Grief Never had Estelle dreamed that her brother, Kendo would turn on her and send their cousin, Ereshkigal to execute Cortez for the crime of coupling with a Lightning dragon of regal descent. Now she must find safety for her four halfbreed daughters; Tranquil, Aerope, Emry, and Imoen. Their futures are in jeopardy but not from Ereshkigal but from the other sentinels of the turrets of Goldenspark.  CORTEZ Cortez is Estelle's forbidden lover and hopeful mate. He loves Estelle with a gentle compassion that is inherit in his flight. He is different from the dragons of the Shifting Expanse and that is part of what draws Estelle to him. He is an adventurer and traverses the seas in search of riches and trade. When he came to the Shifting Expanse at first he was skeptical of the vast desert with it's tenacious and unaccepting inhabitants but when he met Estelle he felt he met his soulmate. Estelle's family either overlooks him as a a mere temporary fixation or they despise his presence. Cortez's future rides on the certainty of his future with his chosen mate. Will he stay and start a brood of their own although their brood will be considered half-breeds or will he travel on and allow Estelle to feel less conflicted and find a Lightning-born mate? He knows it will break her heart but it may be for the best. |
 KENDO Kendo, born of the Lightning Nest, was the last of the 3 hatchling to hatch in the nest but he was born with primal sight. Kendo prides himself as the most important of the three because of his inherited gift. He is vain, proud, and boastful and sometimes resents his eldest sister because she inherited the Thundercrack gem even though he was born special. He knows why the Thundercrack cracked and changed their form from skydancer to obelisk. His eldest sister, Estelle believes the gem changed their shape to protect them but Kendo cannot tell his siblings his secret. When he tried to steal the gem, it gave him such a shock, he dropped the gem and it's powers where released. Kendo is opposed to the love affair between Estelle and Cortez and believes she that relationship will never produce full blood Lightning Flight airs. If Estelle does have a nest with Cortez the hatchling should not be next line. Kendo desires to be the Guardian of the Thundercrack Gem but being the last to hatch from his brood, his line is last to inherit. |

TEORAH Born of Lightning Nest, second hatchling in their brood, Teorah is the eldest boy sibling. Brave and honorable he prides himself as a great warrior bound for greatness. He is a G6 glitch descendant of Naomi and a cursed descendant of Ignis #666. His bloodlines are marred in destiny and he feels the call. Teorah was the first of his siblings to master, Riding the Storm from the nest. He has always been the most adept and the feeling the currents of the Thundercrack and lifting himself into the storming heavens. He draws his energy from bolts that descent from above. Unlike his brother Kendo, Teorah is completely faithful to his sister, Estelle. He is a fierce and loyal guardian. Even though his sister seems to be distracted by Cortez, who is not of the Lightning Flight he feels that the choice is hers to make and that the Oracle of the Southern Plains would be the be the best to reveal his sister's future. |

RIVEN Riven is a Generation 1 Lightning Flight dragon of regal descent. There was always an air of royalty and regalness to her and caught the eye of the valiant, Teorah. Her destiny will always be entwined with him and her offspring. Riven has dedicated her life to care of her family and her friendship to Estelle. She serves as Head Counselor to her sister-in-law and advises her on matters of the realm that Estelle oversees. She is proud of her position and takes it with all sincerity but it seems there is an issue that Estelle has that even Riven seems to be perplexed at, her affair with Cortez. When Riven met Teorah, there was an electrical pulse that flowed between them an she knew they were meant to be. He is a proud, honorable, and honest dragon but a fierce and proficient warrior in the realm. His mastery of "Riding the Storm" is proof of his divine inheritance. Should something come of Estelle and her line or she does not produce an heir than Teorah would be next to become, Guardian of the Thundercrack Gem. |

VIVACIA Vivacia, born from the dust, ore, and electrical charges of the Shifting Expanse, she is a proud and ambitious generation 1 dragon. She is drawn to energy from which she is made and drawn to the legendary Thundercrack Gem and it's mysterious powers. Only the 3 Oracles in the Carrion Region know how to use it but right now it is held by Estelle, descendant of Naomi and Ignis #666. Vivacia courted the circles of the ones closed to the Thundercrack Gem and caught the eye of the youngest brother of Estelle, Kendo. She knew how to flaunt her aires and he sharp intelligence swiftly caught his eye. Kendo, saw immediately that she was of pure Lightning Flight descent, quick witted, and of like minded. Vivacia has always had a nose for weakness. She uses this inherit ability to align herself to power and make her move. Estelle's love affair with Cortez is just the type of weakness that Vivacia quickly sniffs out and seeks to push Kendo to assert his position, except Teorah is an especially powerful warrior and is very loyal to Estelle |
