Biography
An addition somewhat against Ague's will to his archives, Acheronta was sent to the Council Archives by Dragana, in followup to past letters to the ancient archivist. Absolutely her mother's child, Acheronta is forceful, sharp-edged and at times violent, but also has both her parents' respect for those more intelligent and powerful than herself. Taught by Dragana as much as raised by her parents, Acheronta, for all her hell-raising tendencies, has vast respect for, if not the Council, at least the archivist who records their every doing - and who thus has the knowledge that is, as Dragana taught her, true power.
This does not mean she took well to being sent to the Council Archives.
A Mercy from birth, Acheronta has fine control of her plague-hunger and, like Dragana, she prefers to drink disease-laced blood as opposed to disease or blood on it's own. Despite this, she is not keen to be exposed to a land which forever whets her tightly-leashed hunger; being sent to serve so often in Plague has tested her patience and a violent edge has come out more and more.
Nonetheless, her respect for Ague and his waterborn assistant firmly prevents her from ever turning her wrath on them. Instead she has become something of an assistant librarian, deeply feared by those who would damage records, delay returning texts or otherwise disturb the peace of the archives. Acheronta paces quietly, respecting the peace and pristinely cared for materiel of the place she now calls home - and she expects that everyone else should do so as well.
Indeed, she'll make sure of it.
