Lady Anjou sees all, knows all...

She's a psychic and fortuneteller, of course. She's a totally middling example of both. She has a knack for finding lost objects, and sometimes her broader readings are startlingly accurate, but usually they're the sort of thing - deriving from reading the questioner's cues and asking leading questions - that an enthusiastic, credulous questioner can talk themselves into believing and a skeptic will dismiss as nonsense. For herself, she vacillates between believing - she was raised in Shadow, after all, she was brought up on all this - and treating it as more an art than actual magic. She does have occasional flashes of insight, which are less about clairvoyance and more about the dragon in front of her, asking the questions and seeking guidance from the cards. And whether or not she thinks the cards have any power, she thinks the act of seeking answers, having a reading, and talking to an interested reader can be helpful, therapeutic, or clarifying for a dragon faced with a predicament, troubled by uncertainty, or anxious about the future.

When she's not in Lady Anjou mode, at home with her husband and kids, she's a goofy, fun-loving dragon, though she still loves the floaty, gauzy clothes. She wouldn't have married Nobu if he couldn't make her laugh.
