An integral member of the Underworld clan. Charon has the sole responsibility of acting as a cartographer and guide for the entire lair. Seeing as he is so small and swift, he can fly quickly ahead and return to warn of dangerous conditions ahead. Charon often leads expeditions outside the safety of the Light realm for hunting and gathering. He has done extensive research into all of Sornieth, even if it is unlikely that anyone in the lair will travel farther than neighboring lands— he prefers to be prepared rather than disadvantaged.

» He takes his post very seriously, so much so in fact that it consumes all his time. Some of his friends have had to physically drag him from his workstation to eat or nap or do something unrelated to mapping.

» He counts the strips on his tail when he grows nervous. It usually happens whenever he first leads his lair mates into new territory.

» He doesn't collect anything in particular, although he does fuss over his maps a lot.
