Rowan is in charge of all treasure and gems that enter the Clan. That means that nothing is bought or sold without him approving the transaction. Luckily, he has Pala to actually manage the large hoard of items the Clan tends to acquire. All Rowan has to worry about is keeping them from going broke.

It’s not an easy task.

Despite their rigid appearances, Zenith and Acme are rather liberal with salaries they pay out for even basic tasks. And don’t even start talking about bonuses *shudder*. Rowan does enjoy his job, even with the madness that comes with holidays and festivals. He even enjoys the occasional emptying the treasure vaults for large purchases. It means his clan is prosperous, and that he has done a good job at helping it grow.
