Ash

The Dragon
Ash is, in a sense, Rex's second hand man and one of his closest friends. He is a very sturdy and somewhat sophisticated dragon with an intelligent mind, but he still has a sense of humor.
The two had met as Rex was scavenging in the Sunbeam Ruins in the wee hours of morning. Being a rather "Not aggressive unless provoked dragon," Rex had let Ash speak for himself. Ash explained to Rex that he was to be exalted this upcoming morning, and despite being able to serve under his elemental god, he did not want to live that sort of glorious but rather lonesome life. He then set out at midnight in search of a new home. The blue Mirror had felt quite sorrowful for the wandering Guardian, and had offered him a spot in his lair. Ash had almost instantly accepted his offer, and the two traveled back to the icy cave Rex called home. Since then, they have been great companions.

The Familiar
Ash's familiar, Jack, was found way back when Rex and his clan were only him, Ash, and Kira. Jack was found while the three were insect catching, and Ash was very intrigued by its five tails and peculiar body. The unique scorpion was hostile at first, but Ash was able to calm the creature just before the hunting dragons went home. They have both been friends since.
