To Andrew, the only thing scarier than his illness was the rumors of the world. Maliciousness, like an unseeable wall, quarantined him completely from the world’s beauty and kindness. He would always look out the window and dream of no longer being called “the White-haired Monster”, and instead being able to live under the sun like the other youths, and enjoy the smiles, love, and hope of the world.
