Yesterday, upon the stair,

It is the most amazing feeling in the world to have a job that you love doing, and Zjawa was proudly among those who embraced such a feeling. Scaring others was his raison d'etre, and Lacimae rerum was a clan that allowed him to live up to his full spooktastic potential. No matter what the occasion, whether it be a large and rowdy festival or an intimate gathering, he would be at the ready with his masks and twisted faces, slithering out from the shadows and propelling sizeable objects at those least expecting. It was a marvellous past time, and he would never be bored of it.

Not everyone was appreciative of having objects hurled at them without warning, but with the chaotic gathering of dragons that made up the clan, most simply took it in stride, and it certainly helped to keep away other ne'er-do-well's who came sneaking about in the dark hours only to encounter something more frightful than they were. If anything, the agility of the clan had increased significantly since Zjawa had been welcomed amongst their number, and with the amount of quirky personalities that inhabited the dwelling, one more was nothing to fret at.

Zjawa loved to sneak around and watch his clanmates when he wasn't trying to scare the wits out of them. He loved how they all had such strong personality and passionate interests. It was like his own personal festival that never ended, and he had a goal that he could aspire to achive - he had yet to scare the cold and unmoveable Jokul. But one day, one day Zjawa would hear his cries.

He anticipated it more than anything in the world.
