Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this sneaky runaway wandered a little too far from her home lair Miere, and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but she would be very grateful!
Ioan is also looking for a forever home so if you'd like to keep her, please contact Miere.

Ioan already had her bags packed as she crept out of the bookstore where her mother resided. It had already become customary for her to this so late at night but this was packed with more caution that it normally would be. Doane was always under the ground at this time of night, tending to the refugees and scoundrels that had randomly shown up or been brought in by one of the other members of the so called clan. The Fae was small but her power was mighty and those who stood under her-- particularly those who cared for the above ground home-- would be more than happy to tell her about the Imperial's escapade. Driftwood and Toril were more than happy to send her on her way with a bag full of food and coin despite their expressed sorrow at her leave. Driftwood had seen many dragons come and go but Torill got attached to those much too easily. For a Gaoler, he really didn't seem like it, however most of them residing within Miere didn't act anything like what she had heard their society consisted of. Then again though, the ones that resided within the haven weren't exactly ones that had made their way out of the ice and snow where they had been trapped. Despite the odd Gaoler behavior, Ioan didn't mind one bit about the 'gentle' yet affectionate shoulder bumps that the older gave to her. They had known each other since the imperial had hatched and she always did look up to him as an older brother as she grew but the call to explore and get away from the stuffy feel of the nearby jungle and the humidity from the water that ran right by their territory. It wasn't the worst, but it was a small thing she was glad for getting away from. As she stepped up to where the moonlight hit the ground just outside of the large tree root Miere was positioned under, the old Fae gave her one last gentle pat on her head, droning on about the dangers the world could pose as she fitted a satchel over her neck. Torill merely sat to the side, waiting until his mentor was done with her customary goodbye before giving Ioan one of the flowers that rested around him and giving her one last shoulder bump before stepping aside and gesturing for her to move out, claws gently glowing with the pollen from the mysterious flowers that rested around his body. It was with one last look that she said goodbye to the home she knew, to all her family and friends who lived under the giant root before spreading her wings and taking off from the lush green, ready to make her own life out in the world.
