Arcturus

Arcturus always had a s wanderers disposition. It wasn't long before life in a lair was too confining, and his urge to move, to stretch his wings and dance through the clouds became too great. He left behind a mate with a promise of his return. By the time the winds brought him home again, he found she'd set out in search of him and never returned, and now, he's set back out to see the world and find his mate Vega once more.

He arrived at his first stop. A funny place, seemingly never-ending in space - but mostly empty. His eyes darted around, taking in the dragons that were coming and going. Just as fast as they were arriving, they were leaving... It made it difficult to approach one to ask about Vega. Finally he noticed a bored-looking pearlcatcher, and inquired about his mate. Had she been one of the dragons to pass through here? The pearlcatacher, Catharsis, rolled his eyes, focusing on examining his claws. "All I can say is that some that leave here are gone forever."

He then left for the Southern Icefields, hoping that he would find Vega there. After hours of pushing through deep layers of snow, he found himself at a small lodging area, a place where travellers would stop by and rest for the night. He approached one of the clan members in charge of the place and asked if his partner had dropped by. After scanning through the vistor records, the clan member shook her head sadly, and wished him the best of luck in finding Vega. Arcturus, instead of leaving immediately, decided to stay for the night and made a few new friends. The cheerful atmosphere of the lodging area made him forget about his troubles for a while.
He laughed at jokes
and danced for a while
but Vega popped into his mind
and he was happy no more.
