Teth

She was hatched from a nest on the tail of Cloudsong. The city in the sky is a spectacle, a wonder to the land dwelling onlookers, but only the tethered head is a pleasant home for any but the most acrobatic Spirals. The winds were stronger than usual on the day of her hatching, and while the great dragon kite usually snakes in the sky above the Windswept Plateau, the force of the storm blew the body of the kite to whip across the churning sea that divided the Plateau and the shores of the Starfall Isles.

The circumstances of her hatching led to an abnormal elemental alignment. A storm so strong bathed her in potent wind magi, but she hatched in the realm of the Arcanist's domain. She hatched with the element of Wind, but the expression of her Wind magic is unlike what it should have been. It was wrong, too complex, too Arcane. While she can only wield wind magic as her elemental alignment dictates, she could not attain full control over it with only the teachings of pure Wind mages. It wasn't until she sought training from Arcane mages that she began to develop the true extent of her abilities.
