Uilleam is known for being a simple merchant owner within the Serene Bay. For the most part, he sells clothing, accessories, and the occasional toys for the younger audiences. He tends to be known as something of a two-faced individual, being decent one moment and protecting his precious merchandise the next. Most consider Uilleam to be extremely stressed, somewhat of a jerk and an interesting man to hang with.

Some believe that it’s due to the fact that his mother, Aleem, passed away and left the place to him as a young adult. Some believe that he begrudgingly gave up going to college to take on what his mother wanted. Maybe he’s doing well, maybe he’s not. Everyone’s unsure, and no-one has bothered to ask him for a while. Perhaps that’s why he’s so iffy these days…?
