Introductory Lore
Kirin stood tall, chin up with her wings tucked securely to her sides, and her tail laid perfectly behind slightly curled at the end.
“General, explain to me-” The vibrant green SkyDancer paused, inhaling sharply. “WHY IN ICEWARDENS NAME, WOULD YOU-“ The SkyDancer, King, placed his palm on his upper chest in order to take several deep and overdramatic breaths. He looked back at her, raising his right hand claws in her direction, a spark of gold light illuminated and dancing around the center of his palm. It twirled through his fingers as he spoke. “-would you let her, escape…”, he hissed at the word escape, evidently crushing the small light between his scaled hand. Kirin watched as the magic slowly slipped from the sides of his palm. His bright life-full magic turned into grayish-purple goop; not breaking her position she spoke loud and clear.
“Apologies, sir. We invaded her warren, confiscating a variety of objects that could help with the future investigation. Even taking her mate into custody.” Kirin paused for a moment eyeing the SkyDancer and choosing her next words carefully, not wanting to deal with one of King’s fits. He was flicking his tail in thought and displeasure, curling his lip slightly he paced, stopping only when Kirin cleared her throat. “We- or rather, I have reason to believe he assisted the thief in avoiding our capture, sir.” She cooly announced without breaking her sharp tone.
“You-“ smoke was emitting from the runed dragons claws, likely from the heat radiating from them onto the red fabric beneath. “-it’s fine, it's fine.” He managed through gritted teeth, dragging a hand over his face and shaking his head in some sad attempt to relieve his frustrations. “Just do your job…better, next time.” A shallow growl came from the SkyDancer. He had started pacing towards the steel doors behind Kirin, ultimately stepping past her. Once he pushed them open, he looked back slightly hissing, “I need to pay a visit to our… guest… and you?” King faced the entrance of the door once more. “Handle the situation. As for right now, you are relieved of your duty. Well, at least for 9 hours. You have a hatchling to smother, right.” His words came out more threatening than intended, but not dwelling on the topic. The elegant dragon disappeared; tail gracefully gliding behind him.
Lowering her chin, Kirin aggravatedly huffed. “The respect I get.” She, like her employer, exited the room with her head low as she growled at absolutely nothing, but the thought of how disrespectful the youth was nowadays.

“SABISSHHHIIII-“ the young hatchling cried towards the Wildclaw, who was promptly filling out a missing dragons report for the Great Counsel to further investigate at her desk.
“Yes, darling?” She chuckled while putting the quill in her ‘pirate hat’ as Yashina had once called it.
“When is Mommy coming back? I wanna go home and play with LoLa!” The youngster cried, getting a small smile out of her babysitter.
“Oh, shouldn’t be long now.” Sabishi motioned towards the pocket watch placed on her desk. She glanced back at the hatchling who was sat against the large desk, smirking slightly. “Who’s fault is it that LoLa isn’t here? I mean, it’s not mine or Mommy’s fault, is it?” She chanted, nudging the hatchling slightly with her tail, already knowing the huge pout on the their little face.
The door to the dark Wildclaws study creaked open, drawing both their attention to it. “MOMMY!” The hatchling screeched, launching themselves at the now visible Obelisk. The newly entered dragon chuckled, scooping up the hatchling and licking her forehead gently.
