Footsteps.

They echoed through the hallways of the underground bunker, Remy perked up her head as she realized they were getting closer. Was it meal time already? It was hard to tell without seeing the sky.

It was not mealtime, sadly. Instead it was one of the clan's lookouts, a Gaoler named Bluebell. Behind her was a very confused dragon, he was confusing as well. I thought the clan housed all dragon breeds, apart from snapper who can't fly up here. Why have I never seen someone like him before...

"What is this place." The new dragon said, hints of worry lining his voice. "Who are you?" Bluebell heaved a sigh before turning to the dragon. "My name is Bluebell, I am a Gaoler, an ancient species created by the Icewarden tht was awoken a few years ago. You are currently in the Clan of Fallen Stars' bunker in the Starwood Strand, located in the Starfall Isles. There is currently an arcane fallout happening and magic has become extremely dangerous." The strange dragon blinked in surprise. "Starfall Isles? But I was just underground in Dragonhome..." Bluebell nodded. "And recently created Mr. Obelisk. You were sent here for a reason, there's no way you could have flown here right after you were created." Remy looked at the two, confused.

"What's an Obelisk, Bluebell?" She asked, tilting her head. "And what do you mean by recently created?" Bluebell looked over at Remy, it seemed as if she forgot that the young hatching was there. "This." Bluebell said, pushing the many-eyed dragon forward. "Is an Obelisk, Remy. A new species of dragon that was recently created by the Earthshaker. Somehow, one arrived on the island." The Obelisk smiled shyly and waved at paw at Remy.

____"This guy came from the caverns." Bluebell said as Remy's eyes widened. "He's from there too?" She stepped a bit closer to the Obelisk. He looked down at Remy, confused. "How are you from the caverns, you're not an Obelisk." Before Remy could explain, Bluebell stepped in. "Our clan was a part of the digging party that was called by the Earthshaker. While down there, we found Remy's egg and took her back." The Obelisk tilted his head. "I thought you were trapped here?' Bluebell nodded. "We are, we had to use a high level spell to transport someone to the dig."

____The Obelisk looked down at Remy, a soft smile crossing his face. "I guess we're cave buddies, huh?" Remy giggled and approached the Obelisk, standing next to him. "Hey, if you came from the caves, you don't have parents either, right?" The Obelisk's face fell as he looked down at the hatchling. "You mean... you don't have parents? None?" Remy shook her head. "They found my egg in a chest, why would I have parents?" The Obelisk frowned.

____"I may not have parents, but I met, er, I guess heard would be the better term, the Earthshaker when I was created. That's how I know things." The Obelisk looked sad as he looked down at Remy. "I'm so sorry..." Remy looked up at him. "It's not your fault..." She paused. "Mr.? What's your name?" The Obelisk paused. "I... don't have one." He said. Remy looked up at him, tilting her head. "You don't? But... Everyone needs a name." She tilted her head at him. "What about Taurus? Would you like that as your name?" He ponder before smiled down at Remy. "Ya, that sounds like a good name." He smiled.

____Remy was excited that Taurus liked the name she picked out. It was weird giving a name to an adult dragon, although Bluebell said that they were relatively the same age. "Taurus? Are you going to stay here?" He smiled and nodded, moving to pick up Remy. "Where else would I go?" Remy giggled, Taurus's fur was much softer than anticipated. He gently put Remy down. "I've got an idea too. Since neither of us have family, why don't we be family. He smiled gently and Remy ran up to hug him. Family, a word she never thought she'd be a part of. Now, against all odds, she had a family.

I made the mistake of selling my egg and then right as I was about to take it down having it sell. So now there’s this girl, who is going to be my dustcarve “hatch”.
